Refund Policy

Customer cancellations:
- 14+ days before departure: full refund
- 7–13 days before departure: 50% refund
- Under 7 days: no refund
Bus Down cancellations: If we cancel a trip for any reason, all passengers receive a 100% refund within 5 business days.
Game postponements:We’ll contact all passengers and offer either a transfer to the rescheduled date or a full refund.
