By reserving a seat with Bus Down, you agree to the terms below and acknowledge our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Who we are. Bus Down is a student-run trip organization that coordinates round-trip group transportation to college football away games. Ground transportation is provided by independently licensed, DOT-registered charter operators that Bus Down contracts on a per-trip basis. Bus Down is not a transportation carrier and does not hold FMCSA broker authority.

What you’re buying. A reserved seat on a specific game-day trip, departing from and returning to the location communicated to you in advance of the trip. Bus Down may right-size the vehicle to demand and adjust pickup times within a reasonable window; we’ll notify you of any change.

Passenger conduct. Passengers must follow the operator’s vehicle rules and any instructions from the driver. The operator reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove a passenger for unsafe behavior. We ask that passengers be 18 or older, or accompanied by an adult on the same booking.

Liability.Ground transportation, the vehicle, and the driver are the responsibility of the contracted charter operator. The operator’s commercial passenger liability insurance is the primary coverage for the trip.

Updates. These terms may be updated as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to affected customers.
